Shipping Policy

Each Simps Up, Bros Down product is made to order. Production time and shipping time are separate stages of the delivery process.

Production Time

Most orders are prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Production may take longer during holidays, promotional periods, severe weather, or unusually high order volumes.

Expedited shipping, when available, shortens carrier transit time only. It does not shorten production time.

Estimated Delivery Time

After an order ships, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States.

Most orders should therefore arrive approximately 5–12 business days after purchase. These timelines are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Available shipping methods, rates, and any estimated delivery dates are displayed during checkout.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to destinations made available during checkout. If Shopify does not accept a destination or display an available shipping method, we cannot currently ship to that address.

If international shipping is available, the recipient may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included unless expressly stated during checkout.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, a shipping-confirmation email will be sent after the order leaves production.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to begin displaying movement. Multiple products from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Contact us immediately if an address needs to be changed. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters production or receives a shipping label.

If an order is returned because of an incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable address supplied at checkout, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be resent. Original shipping charges may not be refundable.

P.O. Boxes

P.O. Box delivery may be available when an eligible postal-service shipping method is offered during checkout. Certain private carriers and expedited services cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Delays

Carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, holidays, service interruptions, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our direct control may delay a package.

If we cannot ship an order within the stated production timeframe, we will provide an updated estimate and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

Lost Packages

If tracking has stopped updating or an order has not arrived within a reasonable period after its estimated delivery date, contact us with your order number. We will review the tracking information and assist with the carrier investigation.

Depending on the circumstances and carrier findings, an eligible lost-in-transit order may qualify for a replacement or refund.

Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows “delivered” but the package cannot be located:

1. Verify the shipping address on the order.

2. Check with household members, neighbors, building staff, and nearby delivery areas.

3. Allow one additional business day, as some carriers mark packages delivered shortly before arrival.

4. Contact the carrier and then contact us if the package remains missing.

A carrier claim or written confirmation may be required. Replacement or refund eligibility will depend on the investigation results.

Damaged Orders

If an order arrives damaged, retain the product and all packaging and contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for claim instructions.
